Yes. Heaven Hugs is built to keep what makes each of you who you are: your faces, your features, your smiles. A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo of each person works best. If the first result feels off, try a different photo, free.
You see your portrait before you pay a single cent. No account, no card. If it's not right, try another style or another photo, completely free. You only pay when you love it.
One clear face in each photo, looking roughly toward the camera, with nothing covering it. Phone photos are perfect. Avoid very blurry or very dark photos and sunglasses. The better the photos, the better the portrait.
Yes. Once you've seen your portrait and love it, you can order a canvas or a framed print. Both are museum-quality prints, shipped free to your door, ready to hang, and include your digital portrait at no extra cost.
Canvas prints come in three sizes: Small 12Γ18" (30Γ45 cm), Medium 16Γ24" (40Γ60 cm) and Large 24Γ36" (60Γ90 cm). All three come unframed, or framed in black or oak. Framed prints come in the same three sizes, in oak, black or white frames. Both arrive ready to hang, no assembly required.
Digital portraits are A$39. Canvases start from A$147 and framed canvases from A$227, with free shipping. Every canvas includes the digital portrait free.
Digital portraits are emailed to you straight after checkout. For canvases, allow 2 to 3 business days for printing, then 4 to 9 business days for delivery. Most customers in Australia, the USA and the UK receive theirs within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping is always free, and you'll get a tracking email when it's on its way.
Yes. Heaven Hugs portraits are created with artificial intelligence from the photos you upload. Styles like The Heirloom have a painted look, but they are not painted by hand. Because AI art is an interpretation, results depend on your photos, which is why you always see a free preview first and can try another photo or style at no cost.
Yes. After your first photos, tap "Add another person" on your side or "Add another loved one" on theirs, and upload each person's own photo. A portrait can hold up to six people, so you can bring both parents, grandparents, brothers, sisters or children together in one portrait.
Yes. If the clearest photo of your loved one is a group photo, upload it and we will ask you who to include. Choose the photo where their face is clearest, looking roughly toward the camera. Please do not upload one of your Heaven Hugs previews to add people; use each person's original photo instead.
Yes. Your photos are sent to our AI provider only to create your portrait. We do not use them for anything else, never show them publicly and never sell them. Previews you do not buy, and their photos, are deleted after 3 days. Purchased portraits are kept for 12 months for downloads and reprints, and we will delete them sooner if you ask.

Canvases and framed prints take 2 to 3 business days to print, then usually 4 to 9 business days to arrive. Around Christmas, Mother's Day and Father's Day it can take a little longer, so please order early.
